However, we understand that there may be rare instances where a product does not meet your expectations. To assist you, we have outlined the terms for returns and exchanges below. Please note that all transactions at the Bed and Butter store are subject to these terms and conditions.

Important Note:
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a deduction of ₹200 will apply as reverse courier charges. COD orders are not eligible for returns.

Products Can Be Returned or Exchanged Only If:

• The product was damaged during transit.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product does not meet your expectations.

Return Guidelines:

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
• The product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Products Cannot Be Returned or Cancelled If:

• The 7-day return window has expired.
• Replacement for the products will be done within 5-7 days
• Refunds will be credited to beneficiary bank account within 5-7 days.
